My practice
I am proud to be a regulated Costs Lawyer.
I am responsible for the legal work undertaken by my practice. My business is a partnership. My wife is the administratrative partner.
My mission statement is to provide as good as service as any.
My values are attention to detail, hard work and above all else honesty and integrity.
-
Make in a court document or Legal Aid document claims that are an abuse of the process and are inarguable
-
Include fictional statements of time expenditure or ignore solicitors’ time records when preparing bills of costs or costs claims
-
Make false statements as to the qualifications of fee earners to claim higher rates than are payable
-
Misstate facts in court or other documents to mislead courts or other parties
-
Conduct litigation in areas of law that I am not qualified to conduct
