Clients can be assured:

Their cases are conducted by a highly experienced and regulated professional, who will not delegate work or sub-contract work to others, save in unforeseen circustances; then only with clients express approval and even then will retain full responsibility for the work done.

That they will receive a cordial and personal service.

That their particular needs and requirements will be met.

  • That because I am regulated clients can be assured that standards are maintained.

  • A client unhappy with my service has the right to refer their complaint to the Legal Ombudsman should I not resolve the matter under their complaints procedure. Matters not resolved under a Costs Lawyers complaints procedure in relation to professional conduct may be referred to the CLSB.

  • That because I hold professional indemnity insurance of £0.5 million, if something does go wrong due to a fault on my part clients are assured of being compensated.

  • That confidentiality will be secured. Clients can be reassured by the fact that I adhere to a policy ensuring confidentiality at all times.  I am registered with the Information Commissioner and fully understand the need for data security.

  • Clients are free to audit my procedures and examine my systems to ensure they are fully satisfied that their requirements are at all times fully complied with.
